Female Bio-Identical Hormones

Many women tell us hormone replacement therapy (HRT) gave them back their lives. Clinical studies show Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is effective for treating hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, joint aches, muscle pains, chronic urinary infections and vaginal dryness associated with menopause.

During menopause, your body slows its production of some hormones. HRT replaces what you’ve lost with hormones made from plants. Chemists draw unique compounds from these plants—often soybeans or yams and they process them chemically so they become identical matches to the hormones your ovaries or adrenal glands produce. The hormones include the 3 types of human estrogen; estradiol, estrone, or estriol. They also may include progesterone, testosterone and DHEA, depending on your needs.

You may need just one or a combination. Your goal—and ours—is to identify exactly what your specific needs are and to decide exactly where hormone replacement therapy fits into the mix. Together, we’ll identify the cause of your symptoms and design a plan that works best for you.
